Stay relaxed for 24 hours after treatment. Avoid exercise, hot tubs, saunas, sunbeds and hot showers for up to 4 hours, and facials or head massages for up to 24 hours. Lie down for 4 hours after leaving our clinic if you can. Do not rub or pressurise the treated area.
Full aftercare advice will be provided by our nurse-led team.
You might experience short-term redness, swelling or skin irritation around the treated area but this is nothing to be concerned about. Some clients also experience mild headaches or flu-like symptoms for up to 24 hours after a treatment. This is also considered normal.
These are all mild side effects and will subside within a day or so.
