What makes this treatment effective is its combination of two proven technologies; Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) and ResurFX™ non-ablative laser resurfacing. Used sequentially, they deliver rejuvenation by addressing both the surface and the deeper layers of the skin.
The Stellar M22 IPL component gently clears unwanted pigmentation and vascular irregularities to even out skin tone.
Following this, a ResurFX™ fractional laser will stimulate natural collagen and elastin production within the dermis, helping to firm and plump the skin from within. Over time, this collagen renewal process enhances skin texture and elasticity, creating a youthful and radiant appearance.

Aftercare
After your Photofabulous™ session, it is important to treat the skin with care. Mild redness or warmth may occur post-treatment for a few hours. Keep skin hydrated with a gentle, fragrance-free moisturiser, and avoid direct sunlight for at least a week.
Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher sunscreen to protect results and to prevent new pigmentation from forming. Avoid harsh exfoliants or active skincare ingredients (like retinoids or acids) until the skin has fully settled.
Side Effects
Photofabulous™ is generally well tolerated with minimal downtimes.
Some individuals experience redness, swelling or temporary darkening of pigment spots before they fade. In rare cases, slight flaking or sensitivity may occur. These effects typically resolve within days.
